园区临近烟台、龙口两大电网，环网供电。现有 3.5 万伏变电站 2 座，输变电能力 3 万千伏安。
　 开通程控电话 12000 门，无线电通信转播塔 2 座，数字传输，宽带上网。
　路网已经成型，亮化绿化配套，水、电、路、通信、广电、热力、燃气、宽带、排污“九通一平”基　　 本到位。
　 园区内无污染源，环境质量达到环保评估标准。地下水为矿泉水。
　 The park is located near the Yantai and Longkou electricity grid. There are two 35 kva transformer substations with the transmission capacity of 30000 kva.
　12000 program-controlled telephones, digital transmissions and ISDN have been equipped as well as two relay towers.
　 Road network has come into being together with the landscape andlightening engineering. Water supply ,electricity ,road communication ,broadcasting and television ,heating system, natural gas, ADSL, and sewage disposal are all really for use.
　 There is no pollution source in the park and the environmental quality has met the evaluation standard.The underground water is mineral water.
